Laurus Management Group was founded to provide honest, independent advisory services to athletes, entertainers and their families.

The founders grew up in South London in the late 1980s and 1990s, witnessing firsthand how talented young athletes were overlooked due to social background, ethnicity and institutional barriers — not lack of ability.

Through personal experience as a young athlete, the founders recognised that talent alone was insufficient without access, advocacy and proper guidance.

After building a successful family office managing property, private equity and franchise investments, the founders established Laurus with a clear mission: create a transparent platform where young talent can access opportunities based purely on merit — not finances, ethnicity or background.

Laurus exists not for commercial gain, but from genuine passion for sport and a commitment to providing ethical, independent advisory that protects families and opens doors historically closed to underrepresented communities.
